Community Day/Chicken BBQ: The community yardsale was a fun day for all!  The youth made over $500 in proceeds from the chicken BBQ.  Christ Church is planning to have a another community day in the future!

Youth Clean-Up Day: The youth volunteered to retain the playground area and freshen up the outside prayer garden on June 11.  Thanks to everyone who made donations towards this effort. The prayer garden looks beautiful! The playground area will be freshened up in the near future. Take a look at the pictures below, and click here for more pictures from youth clean-up day.

Lutheran Youth Day: (April 10, 2010) Several youth attended this day-long event at Susquehanna University in Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania. The theme was “Still under Construction,” and was for youth in grades 6-12, pastors and advisors.  It included large group worship and singing, and small group exploration and conversations.  The day was full of fun learning and excitement. Our day was concluded by a wonderful time of worship and praise with a concert lead by Peder Eide (a Lutheran contemporary song writer - www.pedereide.com).



Stay Tuned: Some upcoming events may include an outdoor movie night and hot dog roast, a "lock-in sleepover at the church, and a bowling outing.
